Do you enjoy haning out with friends? How about the beauty and serenity of the Rocky Mountains?  Do you appreciate good teaching and being challenged to grow in your faith in Jesus?  Is scripture study ever something you get enough of?  How about extended times of worship? Chapter Camp is all these things, and more!  It is a week of encountering Jesus and gaining a deeper vision of his heart for you, your campus, and the world through staff lead scripture study and worship, sound biblical teachings, discussions with other students, and chapter prayer.

Chapter camp is an unforgettable week that will shape you and your campus for years to come!
After a week of stressful finals, what could be better?

Wk 2 2009

During the week at camp you will also have the opportunity to grow in the areas of prayer, leading Bible studies, being a chapter leader, or in knowing more about who Jesus is.  We are offering 4 tracks that will meet each day to cover each of these topics extensively.
Hans TeachingLeadership Track

What does it mean to be an apostolic leader on campus? How can we pursue the expansion of the Kingdom of God in our fellowships – growing numerically and in depth of discipleship? Designed for campus leadership teams to experience together, this track will focus on the vision, strategy, and planning that can grow our influence for Jesus, along with the kind of prayer, motivation, and character that enables it.  Some pre-course work is required, so consult your staff and register soon!

Small group Introduction to Small Group Leading

Leading a small group is more than a Bible Study, more than an accountability group, more than a community...it’s all that and more.  In this track you’ll be introduced to many of the skills you’ll need to lead a small group; a small group that helps propel the mission of your chapter forward.

 CommunityIntroducing Jesus

Take a closer look at the person and life of Jesus. Whether you are checking him out for the first time or have recently decided to follow him, this track is aimed to help you on your journey.  A discussion-oriented approach will provide opportunities for you to share your thoughts and hear others as we explore how Jesus influences our lives today.

Prayer Track

We only learn to pray through doing it.  This experiential track is designed to give you teaching, tools, and time to pray at camp.  We will explore four types of prayer.  Learn to hear from God through Silence, offer your Adoration to the triune God, Intercede for the transformation of your campus, and grow in Discernment so that you might follow Him in your life and ministry.
