Vital Details for Chapter Camp 2010
Here are some important details to help prepare to come to camp:
1. Camp dates are May 10-15, 2010 and May 17-22, 2010. Your address at camp will be:
Bear Trap Ranch/ 8655 Old Stage Road/ Colo. Springs, CO 80906/ (719)632-0740
2. Camp begins with registration from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 10th and May 17th. Please make every effort to arrive on time.

4. Bear Trap Ranch is above 9,000 feet. If you have asthma, check with your doctor before coming to camp, and be sure to bring your prescription asthma medication.
5. Be sure to drink a lot of water just before coming to camp and while at camp to help prevent altitude sickness. Symptoms of altitude sickness include headache, nausea, and dizziness. 
6. If you have any health issues, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations that need accommodating, please contact Lynette at the e-mail address provided below.
7. Recreational opportunities include hiking, Frisbee golf, volleyball, horseback riding, rappelling and a game room. Various tournaments will be organized by Coach, so get your team ready!
8. What to bring to camp:
• Appropriate clothing ranging from coats to shorts (expect sunshine, snow and rain throughout the week!)
• Personal toiletries
• Bible, journal, colored pens or pencils (you will receive a folder at registration)
• Water bottle, camera, friends
• Extra money for the IFES offering, books and snacks
• Health insurance card/information
• Prescription medications (refrigeration is available if needed) Cash, check or credit card to pay your registration balance.
- Note: Bear Trap Ranch will provide towels and bed linens
9. Please clearly label all of your belongings (i.e. cameras, Bibles, water bottles, jackets)
10. Bear Trap is located in a valley so cell phone reception will be limited and will vary depending on your carrier and service.
11. During the week of camp we will be living in close community with one another. Thus, sickness spreads quickly. Please do not come to camp if you are ill. If you have to cancel due to illness, you will be completely refunded.
